"A band more refreshing than TaB™"
FestivalsThree Sheets to the Wind has received headliner billing at Richmond's Friday Cheers, Innsbrook After Hours, RVA Earthday Fest, Charlottesville's Fridays After Five, Harrisonburg's Valley Fourth, Massanutten's Summer Jam, Roseland's Virginia Craft Brewer's Festival, Fairfax's Fall Festival, and Norfolk's Harborfest.
College ReunionsEducated partygoers "get" the kitsch of yacht rock. Although we play music made by Baby Boomers, we of Generation X grew up with this music in carpool. To Millenials and Gen Z, yacht rock is the cool music that their older brothers' friends loved. No genre of music is more relevant to college graduates, and no band does it better. Princeton University, Washington College, University of Richmond, Washington & Lee University, Randolph-Macon College, Longwood University, Hampden-Sydney College and University of Virginia have turned to Three Sheets to perform for the wide-ranging demographics present at alumni weekends.
Bachelorette PartiesWe regret to report that we no longer jump out of cakes.

Better Parties Through TechnologyZero volume complaints:
All band members use in-ear monitors--an investment which eliminates 6 to 8 on-stage speakers. Guitar, bass, and keyboards are all run direct into the audio console, eliminating even more stage volume. The result is crisp, well-controlled audio on a clean stage. No sound board in the middle of the room: Our yachting-attired sound engineer mixes the show remotely from an iPad. We keep the sound board hidden by the stage, and out of the way of your guests. One band, one bus: Band, crew, and gear travel in the 24’ long shuttle bus, known to the world as “The Steely Van.” Decreased decor budget: Unlike bands who use incandescent fixtures, our all-new-for-2018, nautically themed, LED lighting setup operated by the band's Lighting Designer conserves energy, and provides an exciting, yet tasteful compliment to the performance. |
